1. We meet with the client upon ratification of contract to discuss wedding vision in further detail and to fully understand expectations for their wedding day. 

2. All the services discussed in the Day of Wedding Coordination and Design package are included.

3. We assist with vendor coordination once they have been secured by client.  We review all vendor contracts to ensure understanding and terms.

4. We prepare design elements for client review and approval  if Nelaj Designs 712 will be used to provide that service.  If only planning services are needed this service will not be provided.

5. We address invitations and response cards and manage the RSVP process, including guest follow up calls to ensure receipt of invitation and attendance.

6. We provide the reception caterer with final guest count and menu selections, including any dietary restrictions.

7. We set up and breakdown the wedding ceremony and wedding reception venue(s) decor if design services are included in the package.  We oversee set-up and breakdown if the client's wedding decor design is being installed by another vendor to ensure client expectations are met.

8. Upon completion of the wedding ceremony we accept the completed marriage license from the officiant (unless the officiant chooses to take care of this service) and send it certified mailed to the applicable location*.  We track the delivery to ensure receipt and then provide the client with confirmation.

9. We have a la carte Partial Wedding Planning & Design services that can be added at an additional fee.

 

*This service will be discussed between Nelaj Designs 712 and the client's officiant prior to the ceremony to verify who will be responsible for this duty. An email to the client, copying the officiant will be provided confirming outcome.
