1. We meet with the client two weeks prior to their wedding to understand expectations for their wedding day. 

2. We handle your rehearsal at the agreed upon time and location as long as the rehearsal is within the two week window of service.  If an earlier rehearsal is needed we are happy to accommodate your request as long as we are available. 

3. We arrive onsite (ceremony) at the agreed upon time as identified in client's wedding timeline (prepared by client).

4. While onsite for the ceremony we ensure programs are in their appropriate place, address guest concerns, help the couple with any last minute needs, ensure your wedding party is lined up and looking picture perfect to stand by your side at your wedding and more.

5. We arrive onsite (reception) to ensure all design elements are in place as requested from client including but not limited to guest cards, wedding favors, and venue set up is as specified by client.

6. While at the reception, we ensure wedding party and the newly wed couple are ready to be announced into their reception, serve as the MC if needed to announce wedding party, we facilitate the evenings events to ensure the schedule is followed and the wedding reception runs smoothly.

7. We ensure that all the wedding gifts and cards are placed in the vehicle or with the person pre-arranged to receive such items.

8. We close out any accounts and provide tips to vendors as requested by client. We ensure venue is left as specified in contract by overseeing vendors hired to perform those services.

9. We have a la carte Day of Wedding Coordination & Design services that can be added at an additional fee.
