1. All services discussed in the partial wedding planning & design package are included.

2. Work with clients to secure all vendors and venue.

3. Track and Manage Responses

4. Schedule Tastings (Cake, Caterer, and Bartender if requesting signature drink)

5. Schedule up to 3 initial meetings with each vendor category as requested by client.

6. Make suggestions for additional vendors that may enhance wedding experience.

7. Help client with wedding party invitations.

8. Schedule wedding party attire fittings.

9. Provide invitation samples based on client discussions.

10. Invitations:

    • Order

    • Prepare for mailing (compile and verify all addresses)

    • Mail

11. Assist client with menu finalization

12. Follow up with invited guests who have not responded or responded yes to verify attendance.

13. Draft and finalize floorpan and provide to all vendors to assist with set-up.

14. Draft and finalize day of timeline for vendor arrival and set-up schedule.

15. Draft and finalize day of timeline for wedding party.

16. Help with rehearsal dinner reservations and coordination. 

17. Draft and finalize day of timeline for couple and wedding party.

18. Ensure all decor and design elements are ordered and set-up to clients specifications for ceremony and reception. 

19. Order/design and print wedding programs, menu cards, and reception seating guide and other printed materials.

20. Prepare basic floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières, etc.

21. Ensure all wedding party members are prepared to walk down the aisle picture ready

22. Keep wedding on schedule by ensuring all elements within Nelaj Design’s control are on time.

23. Guide wedding party through processional to ensure they are on point to walk down the aisle.

24. Ensure all music is queued for guests seating during ceremony, processional and recessional.

25. Announce couple and wedding party into reception.

26. Ensure celebrating elements (i.e. bubbles, roses, sparklers) are available to guests as couple exists ceremony and/or reception.

27. We have a la carte Full Service Wedding Planning & Design services that can be added at an additional fee.
